14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — no questions asked.

The rows above summarize the clauses below. The clauses are the policy.

The policy

In full

Every plugin purchase from ANTINODE is covered by a full 14-day money-back guarantee. If a plugin isn't working for you — for any reason, or no reason at all — email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. This is standard in the audio-plugin world, and we're not going to make you jump through hoops.

01 The 14-Day Guarantee

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If, within 14 days of your purchase date, you decide that an ANTINODE plugin — Spektra-5000, TeeJee, Triple Helix, or STRATA — isn't for you, we'll refund the full purchase price. No questions asked. You don't need to justify it, you don't need to prove it crashes, and you don't need to argue with anyone.

We offer this because audio plugins are something you really only learn by using, and a 14-day trial built into the product means you can find out for real whether it fits your workflow before committing.

02 How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Just follow these steps:

  1. Find your order number. Locate your order ID from your purchase confirmation email (sent by our merchant-of-record at the time of sale).
  2. Email us. Send an email to legal@antinode.studio with your order number and the words "refund request." A short note is appreciated but not required.
  3. Deactivate the plugin. Once we process the refund, please uninstall the plugin from all machines and discontinue use. Your license will be revoked.

03 How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by our merchant-of-record (e.g. FastSpring, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy), which is the seller of record for your transaction. Because they handle the payment, refunds are processed through the merchant-of-record and returned to your original payment method automatically. ANTINODE initiates the refund with them; they issue it back to your card or PayPal account.

Unfilled placeholder. [merchant-of-record] This policy does not name the merchant-of-record. The three names above are the examples carried over from the draft, not a selection. Name the actual seller of record before this page ships.

04 Refund Timing

We aim to action refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them. Once issued, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider — typically 3–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email from the merchant-of-record once the refund has been issued.

05 Non-Refundable Items

The 14-day guarantee covers plugin (software instrument) purchases. The following are not refundable:

  • Preset packs — downloadable preset banks and sound expansion packs.
  • Sample packs — downloadable sample, loop, and one-shot libraries, including the free ANTINODE starter pack.
  • Any other digital downloadable goods that can be downloaded in full immediately after purchase.

The reason is simple: once you've downloaded a pack of presets or samples, you have the complete product and there's no way to "return" it. Because these are non-refundable once downloaded, please check that you're buying the right product before completing your purchase. We're happy to answer any questions in advance — just email us.

Note: Bundles that include both a plugin and preset/sample content are refundable only on the plugin portion. If a refund is granted for a bundle, the value of any already-downloaded digital content may be deducted from the refund amount.

06 What Happens to Your License

When a refund is issued, your license for the refunded product is revoked and the software must be uninstalled from all of your machines. Continued use of the software after a refund is not permitted and would constitute unauthorized use under our End User License Agreement. Your other licenses (if any) are unaffected.

07 Your Statutory Rights

This refund policy is offered in addition to — and does not affect — any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country. For example, consumers in the EU and UK have a legal right of withdrawal that may extend beyond 14 days in certain circumstances, and consumers in some jurisdictions have additional protections against faulty goods. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under mandatory local law.

08 Contact Us

Questions about a refund, an order, or whether a product is right for you before you buy? We're a small team and we'd rather talk it through than have you regret a purchase.
